Presented in clear trays packed in an attractive upright cardboard display box they are ready to stack in store. This pasta is made in Tuscany by a respected multi-generational family-owned business who use authentic bronze die pasta making equipment. Bronze dies cause friction which create a rougher surface – perfect for the pasta sauce to stick. All the Pichiotti Gluten Free pasta range is made for us to Australian gluten free standards, which means it contains ‘no detectable gluten’.
