Description
These generously sized pillows of fresh real egg pasta are filled with fresh ricotta, pumpkin, Parmigiano Reggiano with the flavours of garlic, sage and a hint of nutmeg. Simply heat 200ml of water in a pan, add the ravioli, a knob of butter and a pinch of salt and they are al dente in 3-4 minutes. Top with burned butter and sage or even your best Napoli and freshly grated pecorino cheese. These ravioli are made in Tuscany by a respected multi-generational family-owned business who use authentic brass die pasta making equipment for authentic texture. The pasta itself is made to Australian gluten free standards which are stricter than the European standard. What gets most people is the authentic texture and authentic flavour. Buon appetitio!
